1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NovaSMM services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Services Description
NovaSMM provides social media marketing services including, but not limited to, follower growth, engagement boosting, view generation, and related digital marketing services across multiple social media platforms. All services are provided on an as-is basis.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. Prices are listed in USD. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, Perfect Money, Payeer, and other payment methods as displayed. All transactions are final once processing begins.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available for undelivered orders or services that fail to meet our described specifications. Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed orders. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. Delivered services that meet specifications are non-refundable.
6. Service Delivery
We strive to deliver all services within the estimated timeframes. However, delivery times may vary based on demand, platform changes, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Retention guarantees apply as described per service listing.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for illegal activities, harassment, impersonation, spamming, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. You may not resell our services without authorization. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform.
8. API Usage
API access is provided for authorized users. You must keep your API key confidential. Rate limits apply as documented. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse. API users are subject to the same terms as regular users.
9. Limitation of Liability
NovaSMM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not responsible for third-party platform policy changes.
